Modern apartment in a renovated house dating from 1882. Located on one of the high streets in the historic centre, connecting Triana with the historic district and the traditional city centre. Very close to the bullring, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Church of La Magdalena. It’s also within walking distance of the Cathedral, the Alcázar, and the main attractions in the city centre. A very peaceful and quiet location. The main entrance is through the house’s courtyard, which leads to the stairs or the lift. Our apartment is on the ground floor, and you enter through a private gallery that opens onto the courtyard. The apartment has very high ceilings, a spacious and comfortable living room, a beautiful kitchen, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, and a bathroom. We find it a very pleasant place from which to explore the city.
