Casa Alhóndiga is located at number 71 of the street that bears its name, and it s perfect to enjoy a very special stay in Seville.

Entering the House, on the ground floor, we find two lovely patios, one of them indoor and through which you access a large bedroom of 20 m2 with en suite bathroom, and the other exterior with artificial grass and garden furniture.

On the first floor there is a beautiful living room furnished and decorated with quality, a dining area, and a large kitchen equipped with everything you would need. In addition, on the same floor there is a small toilet.

On the second floor is where the other three bedrooms are located, two of them with a double bed of 1.50 * 1.90 m, and the other with two single beds of 0.90 * 1.90 m. On this same floor are the other two full bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub.

On the top floor there is a small hall where the washing machine and cabinets to store cleaning elements are situated, and of course, the two private terraces, furnished and equipped, one of them to enjoy the sun, with sun loungers, and the other with dinning area, to enjoy the magnificent weather of Seville during the whole year

The area where Calle Alhóndiga is located is one of the most exclusive and attractive in Seville, right in the historical center, a few minutes walking from the main monuments of the city: the Cathedral, the Alcázar, the Giralda, etc.

In addition the House is close to many small shops, just a few meters away, two supermarkets and many bars where you can enjoy the best tapas in the city.

Big apartment on 4 floors. Was very nice. Don’t stay here if you have a problem climbing stairs. Our kids loved it.

Great location. Lots of good tapas bars and stores right as you step out. There is a grocery store just a few steps from the apartment which had everything we needed. Hosts were friendly and accommodating. Everything was very clean which is a huge positive for us. The linen, towels, dishes and cutlery were spotless. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seville!

This property is beautiful. It is 4 storeys, so be prepared to walk the stairs. Right in the heart of Sevilla and close to excellent cafes, restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable beds and all amenities. Would return.

What a wonderful apartment. We were 4 couples and the place was perfect for us. We were met promptly and given a tour and information. Everything was as it was advertised. And Alex from the management company helped us get tickets for a flamenco show. Definitely would recommend to all.

While the location in the Alfalfa area was great, the interior of the home and balconies has a lot of worn finishes that could use updating and thus I would not call it a luxury rental. We traveled with an 84-year-old, and the steps were a challenge for him. It was great to have the bedroom suite on the first floor for him to stay in.

Location is perfect for exploring Seville. House really well appointed. The stairs are not for the faint hearted but there’s a lovely double en-suite with inside/outside seating on the ground floor so don’t let that put you off. Loved it. Thank you.
