On the lower floor, you’ll find a bright exterior living room, a brand-new fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and two exterior bedrooms: one with two single beds (90 x 1.90 m) and another with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m). There is also a second full, independent bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is a third bedroom with two single beds (90 x 1.90 m) and access to a spacious and lovely private terrace, furnished with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying Seville’s wonderful climate and sunshine. The apartment is located on San Juan Street, connecting to the lively Plaza de la Alfalfa, one of the most vibrant and authentic areas in the historic center.
