The apartment enjoys a wonderful central location, just 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for 6 guests. The apartment is distributed over two floors. On the lower level (second floor) is bedroom 1 with a double bed (160x190cm), and en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. A corridor leads to the family bathroom with shower and bedroom 2 - also with a double bed (140x190cm). Stairs lead up the upper floor (third floor). Just off the living area is bedroom 3 with twin beds (80x190cm), completing the apartment capacity for 6 people. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and windows to a quiet inner patio - therefore very quiet for sleeping. The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining table with seating for 6\. The separate kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering. With oven and dishwasher. The washing machine is in a small laundry-room. The living room has two sets of french windows leading onto the private terrace, set around the central patio of the house. Terrace decorated and equipped with plants, outdoor furniture and an inviting pergola with a dining table. There is a higher terrace with views of Seville's rooftops, churches and tower bells - including La Giralda (Catedral). The apartment is on the second/third floors of a residential building. Without elevator. The location is excellent, very close to Plaza Alfalfa and several restaurants as well as to Las Setas de Sevilla. We walked everywhere we wanted to go except for to the Italica Roman ruins (took a city bus) and the White Villages (took a tour). Communication with the hosts was very smooth.
