Top-floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private terrace. The apartment enjoys a wonderful central location, just 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for 6 guests.
The apartment is distributed over two floors. On the lower level (second floor) is bedroom 1 with a double bed (160x190cm), and en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. A corridor leads to the family bathroom with shower and bedroom 2 - also with a double bed (140x190cm).
Stairs lead up the upper floor (third floor). Just off the living area is bedroom 3 with twin beds (80x190cm), completing the apartment capacity for 6 people. All 3 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and windows to a quiet inner patio - therefore very quiet for sleeping.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table and TV. Dining table with seating for 6. The separate kitchen is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering. With oven and dishwasher. The washing machine is in a small laundry-room.
The living room has two sets of french windows leading onto the private terrace, set around the central patio of the house.
Terrace decorated and equipped with plants, outdoor furniture and an inviting pergola with a dining table. There is a higher terrace with views of Seville's rooftops, churches and tower bells - including La Giralda (Catedral).
The apartment is on the second/third floors of a residential building. Without elevator.

We enjoyed the easy check-in and high standard accommodation. It was spacious and in a quiet but central location. We easily walked to all the main sights from here. Loved the roof top for relaxing at the end of our long days of sightseeing.
A friend and I stayed here for four nights in early October 2025. It’s an excellent property - very spacious and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The location is excellent, very close to Plaza Alfalfa and several restaurants as well as to Las Setas de Sevilla. We walked everywhere we wanted to go except for to the Italica Roman ruins (took a city bus) and the White Villages (took a tour). Communication with the hosts was very smooth. The apartment is a little difficult to find, but Demetri, who was there to show us around, came out and found us in the plaza. We would be happy to stay at this property again!
This 3 bedroom unit was just what our family needed. The Alfalfa Square location was excellent for shopping and dining and was within a 20 minutes walk of our tours.
Great location for being in the heart of Seville. The roof top deck was very enjoyable. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that the pillows were too small and not very comfortable.
This apartment was an amazing experience. With the 2 story terrace, it was a great place for us to hang out and enjoy the beautiful weather. The location was ideal with all areas of town within walking distance. It is near the Alfalfa square which offers many cafes and bodegas. Would highly recommend. Even though we got in rather late, we were met in a very timely timeframe.
Je pense que cet appartement gagnerait à être plus propre, il y avait beaucoup de fourmis dans la cuisine. C’est un message d’encouragement car c’est dommage, cet appartement pourrait vraiment être plus confortable avec une sensation de mieux être. C’est une remarque constructive. L'appartement est idéalement situé et très agréable, et pour le moindre souci (en l'occurence du sel et du liquide de rinçage pour le lave-vaisselle) le responsable de la location est très réactif, très vite. Nous avons été très contents.

Pour la première douche du matin ou la première du soir, on a le temps d'aller se faire un café avant que l'eau chaude arrive dans les tuyaux. Rien de grave, une fois qu'on a compris !
