I will say that the hosts should clarify that the apartment is some distance from where a vehicle can stop for unloading passengers and luggage. The instructions to enter the flat though submitted late in the day were shared ahead of getting to the property. (We did book the day before - so this may have had something to do with it. The comms with the property management team on VRBO was a little hit and miss. Finally shared comms through WhatsApp and that made things a bit easier. Though when we thought we had issues with the property (we couldn’t get in as the residents of the building had six-locked the building), we couldn’t get through to the WhatsApp contact. At check out we couldn’t get through to WhatsApp contact.
