The first floor has three more bedrooms: two with twin beds and one with a double bed (1.80 m), all with en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor, you’ll find a large living room with two sofas, chairs, side tables, and a Smart TV; a modern fully equipped kitchen with an island and stools; an indoor dining area for seven people; a pool table, a guest toilet, and a small outdoor terrace. The third and top floor features a large private terrace with an outdoor dining area for twelve, sun loungers, and a laundry area. Located in the lively La Alfalfa neighborhood in the historic center, the house offers a peaceful and private atmosphere just steps from the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and authentic local life of Seville.
