The separated kitchen is well-equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances, including: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, vitroceramic stove, oven and microwave. There is a shared rooftop to dry clothes which includes a private room with a washing machine.

A corridor leads to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both bathrooms have a bathtub with a shower head (the second bathroom is smaller in size).

There is air-conditioning (with cooling and heating), ceiling fans and free wifi internet connection.

The apartment is located at Plaza San Marcos. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes of walking distance.
