Two bedroom apartment for up to 4 people. It is centrally located on Jesús del Gran Poder street, close to Alameda de Hércules - a popular square with many terrace bars and restaurants. The Cathedral is 15 minutes walk away.
The living room has a sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table with four chairs. The modern kitchen is partially separated from the living area by a breakfast bar, and includes two bar stools. Kitchen well-equipped with utensils for cooking and main appliances, including: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine, vitroceramic stove, oven and microwave.

Cosy apartment and very enjoyable stay in quiet area.
Plenty cafes and bars within walking distance also tourist attractions approximately a 25 minute comfortable walk away as the city is very flat.
We totally enjoyed the apartment. It was very clean, and all the amenities were great. The location allowed us to walk to get whatever we needed. All communications and meeting with the host went very smoothly. The whole experience has been wonderful.
Ein schönes, ruhiges Appartement in guter Lage (Alameda Hercules um die Ecke). Bestens renoviert, moderne Küche. Alles bequem. Wir kamen nur nicht mit der Klima-Anlage zurecht (Sevilla war zunächst kühl und regnerisch). Zum Glück stand ein Heiz-Öfchen zur Verfügung. Drei Fenster, davon zwei kleine zum Innenhof, ein größeres zur recht lauten Straße (Calle Lumbreras). Insgesamt sehr angenehm!

Fresh & spacious apartment
We had a great time here! The apartment is close to walking to all attractions, bars and restaurants. If you are able to rent bikes right away, the city is set up very well for bike lanes and no hills. One great restaurant is “Duo Tapas” just one street over (make a reservation or get there early. Washing machine was very hanging for catching up on our laundry. My only complaint is I wish the bed was a bit bigger. It’s a double and we are used to a king. It was comfy though.
