Upon entering, you’ll find a fully equipped open kitchen next to a cozy living-dining area with a sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table, reading chair, and carefully selected décor. A hallway with a charming stone wall leads to the main bedroom, which features two single beds and a large window. At the end of the hallway, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower.

Situated in a quiet and privileged area in the heart of Seville, the city’s main monuments are just a short walk away. The neighborhood also offers a wide variety of restaurants, traditional tapas bars, and local shops.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
