Carlos V This stunning apartment of over 200 m², located on the prestigious Avenida de Carlos V in Seville, offers spacious and comfortable accommodation with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort in the heart of the city. Upon entering, guests are greeted by an elegant hallway with a welcoming sofa, offering a first touch of warmth and style. On one side is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances ideal for preparing all kinds of meals. On the other side is the first of the apartment’s four bathrooms. Further along, you’ll find a stylish living room with quality sofas, chairs, a Smart TV, and a large terrace with panoramic views of the avenue, an ideal spot for relaxing. Across the way, separated by a glass partition, is the dining area, a bright and intimate space for meals. The hallway leads to one of the main bedrooms, which includes an en-suite bathroom, two single beds (90 x 190 cm), and a wardrobe. Next is a bedroom with a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and a walk-in closet for added convenience. The third bedroom offers a 180 x 190 cm bed and a cozy sofa, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
