\*\*\* The entire Smoky Mountain area is very hilly (After all, it IS the Smoky Mountains!) so do yourself a favor and download an offline map in your Goo gle Maps program. This will let you navigate to our cabin and around the area even if you don't have cell coverage. Neat, right??!

2\. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out so that the map you see contains everything from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom way out because it'll get everything in between.

We just left this beautiful cabin this morning - it was just as described and was exactly what we needed to have the best weekend in Pigeon Forge. Our main reason in staying here is because it was within minutes to Dollywood. Highly recommend.

#### Perfect for a large group getaway!
We had 8 people vacationing together and this cabin was perfect!!! There was plenty of room, seating, and sleeping options for everyone. The beds were huge and surprisingly comfortable for a rental property. We all commented on how clean this cabin was when compared to others we have stayed in. Even the hot tub was sparkling clean! The property manager was very communicative and helpful with everything. Overall, 10/10 experience and would definitely come back!

Dirty. Bugs in drawers. Porches covered in trash and roofing materials. Guest room had a hole in the ceiling covered with plywood and nails sticking out. Hot tub literally falling apart. The location is great. Otherwise would not recommend. At all.

#### Fall Rod Run
We came up for the Fall Rod Run show. The cabin was amazing. I would suggest making the bathrooms larger & updating the cabinets both bath & kitchen. Bathrooms were very tiny. And the master bath if not careful the curtain didn't stay inside & would run on the floor & down the air vent. Really would recommend at least a hotel towel rug for the shower. (that's why the 4 star on online listing doesn't show bathrooms very well) That is my only complaint about the cabin. Parking is very tight but we made it work & the owner accommodated us for parking for a trailer. We did see a bear right outside the cabin! The whole party (7 of us) loved the cabin. We will probably stay again.

#### Great cabin layout for large family
We truly enjoyed the cabin. Nothing is perfect, but this was good enough. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the basement movie theater. We loved the large upstairs living space and we were able to prepare a large Thanksgiving feast in the well equipped kitchen. One of the basement rooms was cold and had no closet. Sharing the small basement bathroom took flexibility, but we managed. Towels were provided, but not enough for large family, especially since there were no bathroom rugs or mats to catch excess water from the many feet. The washer dryer unit was helpful to keep fresh towels, but if I had to do I stayed again I would bring extra. There was evidence of water damage in basement, but it appeared old. No current leaks noted and we did not experience any bad odors. Overall we would consider staying here again.

#### 50th Anniversary
Nice property, clean, but could use improvements. Major issue for our family was communication. - No information packet with discount coupons were mailed 2 weeks prior. -No house code was sent 24 hours prior to our arrival. We had sent text to owner twice. No response. We had to contact VRBO two times on day of arrival to get someone to intervene on our behalf and finally got the code from a property manager. - Family happily driving 2 cars to the cabin to discover there is a gate which also requires a code! Luckily, we were able to follow another car who had access into property area. - Had to contact VRBO again to intervene to get us a code for the gate, and had left a voice msg and text to the property manager. - As other reviewers have stated, the cabin is beautiful, in the hills so be prepared for steep parking. Beautiful initial entrance, some prior damages we took pictures of that could be fixed, but it is a cabin. We all were excited to celebrate our 50th anniversary with family.

Nice cabin, well appointed, and in a great location. Very close to Dollywood . In a gated community. The community pool was very nice. Was not provided with a code for the gate, frustrating ! The door requires a 10 digit code to enter and leave, did not understand that! I did a survey of all my family and it was 100% a great place!

We took our kids, their spouses and the grand kids. Everyone loved it! Adult kids loved the hot tub and pool table. Grand babies love the rocking chairs and theater! And you are at Dollywood’s back door :)

#### Room for improvement
Overall our stay was good & it was a good location but there is definitely room for improvement with this property.Some of my concerns/suggestions for improvement are that I had to reach out to get the gate code to access the property, it took me about a day to get get the WiFi information, one of the chairs at the dining table was broken & my elderly mom fell when she sat in the chair, the shower bar in the master bathroom came out & both of my elderly parents almost fell, the rug in the living is a trip hazard, & several door knobs were loose.

#### Love the mountains
The cabin has roaches, it would have been wonderful other than the bug problem. The cabin its self was very clean, and everything worked. The pool was nice and hottub was not new but worked very well. The movie room was great and the pool table need some work. The bathroom down stair shower would let water in the floor have to be careful, the door dont lock, my family really enjoy themselves. Would rent again if bugs are gone.
