We had a nice stay the location was perfect. The cabin was nice and roomy for our needs I would suggest upgrading the cookware and towels. Overall it was a great stay!
This is our second time staying at this cabin. We loved it so much we decided to stay again this year!We love the hot tub at the cabin as well as the indoor swimming pool and large hot tub on the property. The kiddos get their own place to hang out and the adults do too!
This location is very convenient to the many attractions and restaurants. This location is laid out well for families. Each have their own space. We enjoyed the hot tub many times during our stay. I'm looking forward to our next stay.
The cabin was clean and as advertised. The layout of the cabin was neat and there is plenty of space to relax by yourself or get together for a game or meals.
The Hot tub worked well and was awesome for relaxing and warming up after a COLD day!
This was our first time staying in a cabin here. We loved it! The cabin was nicely decorated for the holidays and kept up. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay. It was so noce to have a hot tub to enjoy in the evenings after a busy day. Thank you!
We to climbed mountains, adventured to see wildlife, visited Dollywood, and so much more! The cabin was perfectly located for our family to access all the best parts of Pigeon Forge, Gaitlinburg, and Sevierville! The hot tub was great for relaxing after all the adventure!
Cabin was great for us. We traveled with teens and a toddler. The down stairs was a great hang out for the older kids. Cabin has everything you need with luxeries like pool access, hot tub etc that we appreciated but not overly fancy or expensive. Air conditioning worked GREAT for all three levels which we were so thankful for in the July heat and humidity. And we also took advantage of thr free attraction tickets.
Well first the property sits directly in the middle of everything, easy access. So roomy and just a place I will definitely book again. The pool is directly access the way and the jacuzzi located in the property was absolutely ideal for privacy and just made relaxing so much better. Thank you I will book again
Very roomy . Loved the three bathrooms . Hot tub was very nice , indoor pool was cooled. Great location. Master bed was very soft , not a fan but some people like soft beds . Would stay again .
The cabin was perfect. It was very accessible to us and easy to get back in town to do al the activities.
We did leave 2 hats there by mistake. We are still in town if there’s anyway to get them back?
Our stay was good my only concerns were the blinds in the living room were broken and in a few spots you could see right into the cabin also they were no dish towels or cloths in the kitchen. Also the chair in the living room was broken so we didn’t use it.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in
Value poor
There were many things that made our stay uncomfortable! We contacted the person in charge and he acknowledged all of our concerns but really didn’t do anything to make it better except offer some free tickets
We had a wonderful time at Sleepy Bears Den! The location was perfect and the team was so easy to work with. There was great communication before and throughout our stay. The hot tub was wonderful, really enjoyed it! The cabin was a little tired though….. it needs some attention. The ceiling fan was a little whompy in the LV and the bedroom fan did not work at all. We could not seem to keep the main fireplace running even after they came and got it working once. The pilot light keeping going out? The furniture was wobbly and the kitchen table top was not even bolted to the base. It almost flipped over as someone stood up and used the table for security. I think Sleepy Bears Den has just been so popular the owners haven’t had the time to get these items corrected. We did have a wonderful time in Pigeon Forge and in no way did those things affect it. They just need to be fixed.
We had a wonderful stay at the property. We were there for Baseball at Cal Ripkin. The cabin was clean and welcoming. Everything was laid out for us and we could not have been happier.
