"The staff are absolutely the best of all the places we’ve stayed in the Philippines. They adhere to the highest quality of customer service. We’re also thankful for the spa and gym staff. They keep the sauna area and gym impeccable. The food served at Gana restaurant are delicious and the servers and cooks are all great! And don’t miss out on dinner at Henri’s. Every one of the shuttle drivers and boat crew, including Mike at conscierge are absolutely top notch. Our butlers (Anne and Ralf) made our stay the most memorable! Because of these two, we plan to return in the future."

"This hotel is exceptional in all aspects of our stay. We stayed in Studio 1, opposite the check in office. The rooms were clean and shower area large. The restaurant’s food was delicious, compliments to the chef for always producing tasty, delicious meals. The staff in the restaurant area are very attentive and helpful. The pool was delightful and an area we frequented often. The happy hour at the restaurant was great with delicious and perfectly made cocktails. I had a massage at the facility, they were professional and it was one of the best massages I had experience in some time. I would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever went back to El Nido this is where we would stay. A special mention to Wilma in the hotel restaurant who went above and beyond in everything she did. She treated everyone with kindness and respect even if patrons were rude. Additionally, I also noticed the way everyone helped each other even if it was not part of their role. Pool staff, helping kitchen staff clear tables, an exceptional example of team work."

His service was consistently impeccable! 📸👑 Marl, my hype queen - She was always cheering us on, bringing such amazing energy & taking the most BANGING photos & videos of my husband & me! She made us feel like celebrities & helped us capture beautiful memories we will cherish forever! 🧳 Roy - made sure our luggage and belongings were taken care of from the moment we arrived on the island until our departure... and the entire team consistently kept our room tidy and ensured we always had water.
