I found a cockroach and another dead one. I message the host and received no response. There were also no coffee pods for the coffee machine but there was creamer. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. The door lock was difficult to operate.

The warm welcoming made us feel so special the moment we walked into the hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Breakfast was fantastic with a lots of selection. We did have dinner at the restaurant too! Good menu and delicious! We will definitely come back again and recommend to family and friends.
