Everyone working there seem to be genuinely interested in providing the best possible time to their guests. Excellent breakfast. We really appreciated the welcome drink and their flexibility to provide us a breakfast on our last day, even though we alteady left at already 7:00 am. "Refurbishment of hotel and room superb. Only problem lift not working , same in other blocks. Never saw anyonevtrying to fix them we with a baby in a pram in our party and on 3rd floor so hard work. Pools are cold even in Drago land, sea was warmer !! Entertainment very good. We have been on numerous occassiobs and updating of Esmeralda park is to a very high standard. "
