The apt was well suited although the bed was not comfortable and response time for requests take quite a long time as it isn’t a hotel. The apt worked well for our extended stay. We enjoyed the pool, however it was closed a few times due to it being green, think they need more assistance with pool maintenance. We lost power many times but the generators kicked in quickly. We lost water a few times and a couple days there was no hot water or good pressure. We are used to that and made it work. Large charge for a 4 hour late checkout for a returning customer who stayed nearly 2 weeks shows their customer service know how! Manager made it very clear he really doesn’t care!
