"It was a couple’s trip and it was fantastic! The hotel is beautiful, with a majestic lobby that faces the ocean. The staff are proactive and warm. Everyone we saw greeted us with smiles and they tried their best to greet us by our names. They even gave me a surprise on my birthday, when I was having breakfast!
