"This airport hotel provides shuttle service from airport to hotel every two hours and we used them both ways. The room is beautifully decorated, modern and really clean. The staff is friendly from valet to receptionist and really helpful. We were given a free dink voucher at the cafe and a chocolate feast. "This hotel is 20 mins from the KUL airport in an isolated area and if you’re depending on the shuffle from the airport to the hotel, firstly you have to get it from the Tune Hotel that’s actually at KUL Terminal 2 (Klias2); secondly, the shuttle only runs every two hours. I ended up taking a Grab car from Tune Klias2 because I just missed the shuttle and I was not keen on sitting in the hotel lobby for 2 hours. Once at the hotel, the staff is efficient, the room is small, the bathroom is hot but...
