The bed was very hard. Glad we only steted 1 night. BUT the staff was amazing, everything was clean, we felt safe and it was a greatbarea and price for whatbwe needed.

Quite bad actually. Super dated, AC worked only on heating mode on a hot day. The area has absolutely no places to eat, except for Starbucks. The sound proofing doesn’t exist at all so you hear the construction outside, traffic and people in other rooms.

My friend and I ended up leaving
The beds were so hard to the point where my friend and I ended up leaving instead of staying out. Also, the bathroom wasn’t that clean, I found stain looking like blood on a toilet button. Lastly, ceiling heater made constant noise which was very distracting.

- The bed was slightly hard and the shower leaked water outside under the door, the soap tray leaked water on the countertop and the towels strongly smelled of chlorine...if you are fine with these, I recommend still staying here. + It is worth it for the current price. Nothing fancy but comfortable. I think the location was pretty good because it was away from the busiest areas of Gangnam and the single room was comfortable with sufficient space to move around and have big bags to pack and unpack.

Perfect hotel in Gangnam
The rooms were very clean, good size. The front desk staff amazing... went out of their way to help us with transportation , sights, restaurants.... excellent hotel in good and quite location, easy to reach with limousine bus 6006 from Incheon..... No breakfast, but plenty of Cafés in neighbourhood....

Value for Money
I had a very short stay at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super friendly. Check in was very quick and hassle free. The room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. Since I did not stay for too long I did not have the opportunity use all the facilities. It was in a prime location accessible to subway, buses etc. Coex was about 10 min walk. I would recommend this hotel if you're after a budget to mid-range hotel.

Everything about the hotel was great. Good staff. Good room. Good price. Convenient location, albeit not the most interesting area around. However, proximity to the station and other cool areas is nice.

No Air conditioning ...
Air conditioner did not work because the hotel would not turn on the main system. Saw a guest complain and leave the hotel due to that. Hope the management of the hotel put themselves in the room and feel how humid and hot the room can become.

Nice cheap hotel in Gangnam
Great location, right by metro entrance and with bus stop 30m from hotel entrance. Bus limousine stop to Incheon airport 200m away. The only annoying thing was no outlets by the bedside wall, so had to charge everything on the opposite end of where the bed is. Will stay again!

I only stayed for 1 Night but good
I only stayed for 1 Night but was good. Friendly staff. Good for the price. Room was clean and decent. I can't really say much more cuz I arrived for late check in. Then immediately went out to celebrate my birthday. I got drunk on beer and soju then came back around 1am and immediately went to bed. I woke up an hour before checkout next morning.

Comfortable & Pleasant Stay.
Walking distance to many restaurants. Great service. Could use a stand to place suitcase... Clean bed sheets & towels, even provides toothbrushes.

Hotel conveniently located to Coex. Hotel staff was friendly. Their English wasn't the best but it was definitely functional. They were happy to answer questions,. But that's where the positives end. Housekeeping was non-existent - of my 5 days there, my bed was not made once, my dirty towels were never removed, trash wasn't taken out. On day 4, I finally had enough and called the desk and asked for housekeeping to come while I was there because there were literally bugs crawling out of the floor since the room hadn't been cleaned - they came but again, they didn't make the bed, remove dirty towels, remove the box of old food with the bin, etc - they just brought new shampoo/conditioner and added towels. On some days, I could tell they had never entered my room because the water wasn't replaced. I survived okay because I wasn't in the room much, but it was really grimy and sleeping with bugs is no fun. On my 5th day, I needed an extra hour to finish some work and pack up and the receptionist told me they charge 10,000 for each additional hour, but when I reminded her that I had just paid for 5 nights, and one more night wasn't asking much, she gave in. Overall, decent location and friendly staff but housekeeping/hygiene/cleanliness is very poor.

First, we offer all guests for cleaning the guest rooms while the guest is out.(Turndown Service) However if you're hung up the "Do Not Disturb" Card, we cannot enter any room for not disturbing to sleep or etc. And then if you called for the Front desk, we may refilled the amenities. Second, all guests have to pay additional charges for Late Check-out. Actually our hotel's check-out time is until 12 p.m. Because we must prepare rooms for upcoming check-in guests. It was a nice location, but not the nicest hotel. There was no hot water for my shower, I came back one night to a large millipede scurrying around the entrance to my room, there were cobwebs underneath the table in the room, and the first night we were there, the clerk randomly opened the door to our room while we were getting ready for the night (he was supposedly trying to help another guest in the next room and forgot which room was which, but the fact that he barged in without knocking first really unsettled me). We decided to put the chain on the door, but even the chain didn’t quite fit into the slot on the door, so it didn’t do much good.

Parfait à tous les égards 😊 😁 Accueil, propriétaires adorables et personnel au top y compris le week-end ! Spacieux, sdb nickel, café/eau/savon/shampoing/brosse/dentifrice etcetc à volonté. Situation juste idéale, bus devant l'hôtel (métro à 2 minutes) et direct pour toutes les destinations majeures, K-Star road à deux pas, Coex à 10 minutes à pieds, Han river juste à coté ... COEXからは微妙に遠いです。徒歩だと20分以上かかるかも。
COEXでの展示会に参加する為に宿泊しました。 距離感があまり分からなくて予約しましたが 徒歩だと微妙に遠くて20分以上かかるかもしれません。 最寄りの地下鉄の駅も微妙に遠いです。 なので、ホテルからCOEXまではバスで通勤しました。 バスだと3バス停位で近いし、料金も一律で安くて バスの本数も多いので便利です。 仁川空港からのホテル行きの移動は 空港からのリムジンバスで移動しました。 帰りもCOEX近くの都心空港バスターミナルから 空港へ移動しました。 建物は少し古いですが、寝る分には何も不自由ないです。 ホテルのスタッフは日本語を話せるスタッフも いて、対応も良かったです。 ホテルは良かったのですが、COEXでのイベント等で 宿泊先を探しているんでしたら、もう少し近くの 徒歩圏内でも少し値段を上げれば宿泊できるところはあります。 地下鉄の駅に近いほうが断然、移動は便利です。
