The location was convenient. Close to yeungdongpo, singil station, and the airport bus to incheon airport. A lot of restaurants, shopping and convenience stores nearby. The staff were helpful but there was a language barrier. Cleaning is upon request. You can ask for water bottles and towels at the desk. The property and room are dated. The cleaning when we arrived was terrible. I wiped the services myself with disinfecting wipes and some areas were sticky with food.

Spacious room but not having enough lights. Office chairs are not comfortable. Regular cup is not provided. It's not convenient for morning coffee and tea and is not environmental friendly. Lots of BBQ restaurants and pubs. Close to Lotte Mall.

Very clean room and ac was very good! The hospitality from employees was amazing. Only thing is the hot tub didn’t work how we expected it too and the over head shower wasn’t good at all. Wouldn’t definitely stay here again

We felt it’s more like 3 stars hotel rooms and amenities. Staff were very nice but hardly any English . Some coffee downstairs for guests but no sugar or milk.

I had a fine stay. It’s pretty simple, but the staff was nice and helpful in hailing taxis, the area is extremely convenient. It’s not a fancy place, but for the motel price it was fine.

Quiet, staff really don’t bother to check on you. Microwave in lobby, hot water kettle in room. Area is great for trying Korean cuisine, shopping and plenty of ATM’s around the area. Metro is also a block away. Very convenient if you know how to take the transportation here.

Huge spacious room , located near cafes and malls. The staff allowed us to store our luggage for 3 days at no cost after we checked out to go out of Seoul

The location is very convenient and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are large and cheap. It took about 15 minutes by taxi to the center of seoul, whhowever I felt it was much more reasonable than staying at an expensive hotel in the center of seoul.

I had a deluxe double bedroom and it came with a work desk that enabled me to use my laptop. Cleanliness of the accommodations in the room made my stay very pleasant. Included was free wifi, a bidet toilet system and large flatscreen with streaming services of Netlix, Disney+ and You Tube. Will use for future trips. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel located between 2 train stations Yeongduengpo(Blue) and Singil(Purple). So, it is really easy to travel. There're restaurant street close to the hotel, don't have to worry about food. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
