Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre. - It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around
- If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door.

Great for early morning walks to the beach, and if you want to explore, most things are a short driving distance for hikes and other breathtaking nearby beaches. "This is a fab cottage 5 minutes walk from the most incredible sea views and a further 8ish minutes from the actual sand. It is a beautiful quiet setting with the odd cow mooing in the background. The cottage is spacious enough. We loved how well stocked the kitchen is, which made it easy for us to enjoy the space. The internet is slow, but that is because of the area rather than the house. Any questions or problems were very quickly rectified. Would love to return. "
