Common area is small, but we were not in the apartment much to sit and watch tv. El Jimador (restaurant in same parking lot) is very good and so convenient! Russell is easy to get in touch with for any issues or questions. "

"First off the place is very nice and is located in a beautiful location near the lake. I don't like giving negative reviews. It has great potential I just believe that whoever the owner is paying to clean and prep the place is dropping the ball. Upon arrival the place wasn't very clean. There were used to Clorox wipes laying all around and the rug hasn't been vacuumed. The listing showed that soap and shampoo would be provided and it wasn't. Luckily my son had brought some.
