Very friendly and helpful staff!!! The hotel consists of multiple buildings and there was a huge grocery store on the bottom floor which was super nice! The rooftop pool was in another building so to get to it, we had to exit the hotel, cross the “alley” street, enter another building, and then take that elevator up. Great view from there though!

The hotel is very close to MRT Hua Lamphong. It's clean though not spotless. There are no windows. The toilet floor tiles can be slippery when wet. I slid twice and luckily didn't get hurt. The breakfast buffet is worth it for 250 THB, you'll be so full that you can skip lunch or dinner. The elevator could be confusing at first but then you'll get the hang of it after a while.

Since my arrival in the middle of heavy rain, staff greeted me warmly with a towel to dry myself and get comfortable already. They made check in smooth and were proficient in English to understand me. The public areas such as the foyer, corridors and rooftop bar was impeccable, comfortably cool and cosy. I'm a bit of a germophobe so this made me happy. Staff were always chatty and so welcoming. I actually miss how nice the people were in Thailand overall, since coming home. But the hotel staff were especially the nicest. The room was clean, tidy and fresh. Reading any negative reviews I saw last month was no an accurate reflection of this lovely hotel. I've travelled alot and this is genuienly a hotel I would come back to again. They even gave me a free breakfast upgrade! Food and cocktails were absolutely excellent too. So please, make yourself at home here.
