What an amazing find in Bali. The staff were so sweet and let me check out much later than usual. The breakfast was adequate. The room was luxurious. The pool area was beautiful and peaceful.

The hotel is located in the area walkable to both beach clubs, close t0 the beach. The only complaint was a noise from one music venue as well as limited breakfast options and the staff serving it. They kept messing up the order, even though only about 6 breakfast options were on the menu, and took quite awhile to prepare them. Otherwise the hotel was nice and comfortable.

Had a very comfortable stay here. The customer service was excellent and the staff were extremely accommodating. They arranged my all my transportation, allowed for early check in and late check out and even upgraded my room! Beautiful hotel with an old fashion flair. In great location. The service is very nice and staff very accommodating. Superb hotel in great location. The service is excellent and the people are exceptionally friendly and focused on providing the best service possible. 9 1/2 out of 10 for me, the only very slight downside is there is a noisy bar nearby that you can hear late into the night but it’s not that loud really
