Empfehlenswert! Alles sind Toll :)

It started off with the most super friendly and helpful receptionist who made us feel so welcome. Beautiful old building with lots of fantastic features. Lovely big room with kitchen facilities and stunning views. Super convenient location, free parking, great breakfast included in the price, we didn’t want to leave. Only quirky thing was the clear glass in the bathroom door with a perfect view of whoever might be sat on it. Hubby wasn’t keen but it just made me laugh and certainly didn’t ruin...

Friendly staff, nice property with great spa facilities and good location.

Set in a stunning location easily located by car. Underground secure parking with easy access to hotel. Check in process was good but could definitely have benefited from a tour of all the facilities and given more information about what was and wasn't allowed. The aqua dome itself is stunning though overrun with children during the daytime. We didn't like that it was mandatory to be nude in all 2nd floor facilities and were asked several times to remove our bathing suits. In the evening the...

The hotel is the only one in the area with a swimming pool, and an infra sauna, which I appreciate very much. Location in a beautiful area. Service super, breakfasts excellent. Overall a very friendly hotel, we were here for the third time.

Everything about this hotel stood out from the moment you saw the outside. Very well kept and the most welcoming staff front of house. Excellent breakfast with wait staff both friendly and extremely helpful - this was mirrored throughout the hotel by all members of staff. I used the bar area each evening enjoying the pizzas which when ordering I was informed this was not a fresh one - such honesty is rarely seen these days with so many places unconcerned about what they serve the...

Modern, functional, clean, friendly. All you need for a stay in the lovely city of Innsbruck. The hotel is opposite the Hungerburgbahn which takes visitors up the mountains above Innsbruck and a five minute walk from the Hofgarten (park) and the old town. Ok, it's not the most atmospheric and traditional Tyrolean hotel but, for the price, exceeded all our expectations. The breakfast was very good for continental standards and included bacon, eggs and smoked salmon. The bed was super comfy, there...

The staff were very nice. Parking on site and easy location to quick visit to the town centre.

Arrived at the hotel late just before Andrew the concierge left for the evening. Andrew was very welcoming and friendly. Wish we’d had more time in innsbruck - a lovely town. Beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony and hearing the church bells in the morning was wonderful. A good nights sleep on comfy beds and we opted for the fab breakfast downstairs. Perfect.

Firstly, the hotel itself is exceptionally well designed. The layout, the interiors, the artwork, the pools and lounges, and the overall attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Every element feels thoughtful and beautifully executed, creating a really special atmosphere. When we arrived, we received a fantastic welcome. The reception team greeted us warmly with a glass of sparkling wine, collected our luggage from the car, brought everything to our room, and even took our ski equipment...

Lovely hotel in beautiful quiet village. Only 2 nights but very pleasant.
