I can understand that a individual solo one night sleep over would be completely satisfied... I was also coming for a short few days stay but I come with a bit luggage... and there is 0 cupboard in the room, which makes the small room much smaller when everything has to stay in or above your luggage... so that is not practical. The room was a bit funny, ... I had no window but a kind of on the ceiling, but I could not open, there is a plug on the ceiling... I mean details like this .. the personal very kind otherwise, and helpful too. can be better though... this hotel as a lot of hotels around, should really rise a bit or a lot their standards... without making the price Higher for the customers... and it would be perfect. The breakfast was really good though! thanks

The Hotel looked tired. The aircon in the room did not work and the windows did not open. The service was good, especially in the restaurant. First time I have ever staed in a Hotel with no phone in the room, wierd. The room could have been cleaner , towel in the bathroom was dirty .

Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotel’s restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best. The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If you’re traveling via Uber, it’s fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead. If I should find myself in Sweden again, I will definitely want to stay here! Thank you staff of Best Western and especially Thomas! Peace & love, Carrie

It was not a pleasant stay by any measure. Unfortunately, the experience started on a disappointing note, as some members of the staff came across as somewhat standoffish during check-in, which did not leave a particularly positive first impression. In addition, there was a persistent noise issue in our room that we were never able to identify. While it may seem like a minor detail, it significantly affected our comfort and made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. Would I recommend this hotel? Perhaps, if convenience and attentive service are not major priorities. The property may carry a four-star designation, but the overall experience did not reflect the level of hospitality I would typically associate with that standard. Personally, I value genuine service, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, those qualities felt noticeably lacking during this stay, which is why I would likely choose a different hotel in the future.

This hotel wa supposed to be better matching the quality of the Best Western Plus brand. Unfortunately the sofa bed was outdated and not opening. Doors are not easily locked. The room is very small and right with dark feeling. The hotel management refused to refund us for the remaining nights as we could not stay and booked other hotel.

This is the best of the 4 hotels at which we stayed. Very helpful, friendly staff, free parking (YES!), and great lounge, exercise room, sauna, and terrace with jacuzzi on the 5th floor. Breakfast was above average, and the Verano Lunches and Dinners were better than any 5-star resorts anywhere. Lunch was served M-F, and Dinner M-F and Sunday, all for a very reasonable price. Would definitely choose this hotel again!

Amar, Lissa, Ana, and Masud (?) were excellent and helpful staff. We loved the lounge area with dry sauna and exercise room on the 5th floor. We did not go in the jacuzzi because it was just luke warm. If you get a small room, it is really small, so would not choose that option again. Amar and chefs have an in-hotel restaurant named “Verano” that is like cooking at a 5-star resort for lunch and dinner weekdays, and dinner on Sundays; the price was very reasonable. We would choose this hotel again!
