We had very peasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are neat and clean. Food quality was also good. Very nicely located. Just 100 meter of Aerocity and Mall.

I booked the Radisson Hotel for my family after a long, exhausting trip, and unfortunately the experience was far below 5‑star standards. The check‑in started well—the front desk staff was polite and accommodating, even offering a flexible late checkout. The room looked spacious and clean at first glance. However, once we began using the facilities, the problems became obvious. Bathroom outlets were not working, making the hair dryer unusable. Only one outlet in the entire room worked. Wi‑Fi was not enabled, and the password provided didn’t work. TV was non‑functional. None of the room intercoms worked, meaning we couldn’t contact reception. It felt like the facilities were installed just for display, not for actual use. We ordered butter chicken and naan, but the naan was extremely hard and clearly not fresh. My kids tried to access the gym and were denied entry because shoes were mandatory. On both days, they attempted to visit the swimming pool but were not even allowed to enter or watch unless they had full swimming costumes. The manner in which access was denied was unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve had at a hotel claiming to be 5‑star. With non‑functional facilities and poor service, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone—whether traveling with family or alone.
