The backyard/courtyard gets sun and the porch and chairs around the firepit are well kept and a great place to hang out. Jennifer is great, responsive and friendly. The location can't be beat...a short block to the beach...and minutes to Main Street in Seal Beach (restaurants, shops, etc). The house is larger than it looks from the outside. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 and for additional family members who came for brunch. It was well stocked. I found the parking a little anxiety-provoking. A space in a garage (tight for 2 cars) and a "virtual" parking permit, if needed. The managing agent responded to questions within minutes, which was great. We would recommend this property and would rent it, if available, were we to return to the area another time. ##### Sydney F. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and glasses of all sorts for all your favorite adult beverages. There are two living rooms. Both very roomy. The backyard was perfect… plenty of seating, pretty string lights, a tire table and the sound of the ocean made everything just right. I stayed with my family. We had a great time. Plenty of room for all of us to chill together yet roomy enough for everyone to spread out. We plan on coming back again. It was just right. And super clean. And the host provided all of the info we needed in advance and was great with communication. The beach was super close!! It was a very short walk. Like a 3 minute walk, definitely less than 5 minutes. Tip: when lighting the fire table keep the gas low so that the fire doesn’t scare the heck out of you, lol. You do need a lighter to do it. So, turn the gas on low (you can hear it) then Use the lighter in the very center. ##### steve d.
