Ori sent through an information pack beforehand which contained everything we needed. Easy to check in and out with the keys in a lock box. The house is beautifully secluded and a short stroll from a stunning beach. There were plenty of books and toys to entertain our 20-month-old. We spotted a goanna, many birds and kangaroos on the property. At night it was completely dark and silent - fantastic.Kitchen was fully equipped (only a pair of scissors was missing) and there is a good collection of board games and dvds.The only suggestion we would have is perhaps install a “children playing” sign along the driveway; it is a shared driveway with a property out the back and we noticed three different cars during our stay, one of which tore through at a fairly high speed. Overall a wonderful stay, we hope to come again sometime in the future!" The team was incredibly helpful — they went the extra mile to search for it, kept us informed, and promptly let us know once it was found. What touched us the most was that they arranged to send the phone all the way to Melbourne, our final stop — and did not charge us a single cent for it. This level of honesty, generosity, and genuine care is truly rare. We are deeply grateful for their help, and they turned a stressful situation into a very heartwarming experience."
