Holidays to SeaTac

The hotel itself and the staff are great. However, several weeks in advance I notified the property we would be staying for a combination of my birthday/our anniversary celebration and was told they could set up the room one of the nights for a fee. We arranged for this to happen at the counter as well as over text message. To my disappointment this was not done when we got back to the room, let alone the room wasn't cleaned and yet the hotel still tried to charge me for this. I was disappointed that the only perk of staying here was one free bottle of wine while parking costed 57$ USD per night and there was almost no additional benefits to having any level of expedia status. I doubt I will be returning to this hotel chain in the future because it did not feel like we were guests, just merely dollar signs.

Great friendly staff

Good location, first rate staff, clean and wee-maintained rooms and bathrooms. Excellent lounge worth spending time with a cocktail.

The workers were very friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage while we went to the Pier.

Seattle is a beautiful city to visit! We took the Clipper from Victoria, BC and found The Sound Hotel Belltown Tapestry an easy walk from the pier. We were able to walk to many of Seattle's highlights - Pike Market, the Ferris Wheel in the harbour, Sculpture Park, Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Museum. The staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our visit enjoyable.

It was a lovely property with a great location There was only one restaurant which was not that great.. More dining options would be nice But lovely overall
