Staff was amazing and very helpful. We forgot souvenirs and they are helping us with this issue.

"The staff are great, the room is clean, and you'll find everything you need, even if it's not in the room, in the shared kitchen. They're very hospitable, and the check-in and check-out are easy. You'll see the hotel is old from the outside, even the door is old, but when you enter, you'll see everything is new and modern."

"L'emplacement est au top. L’appartement et ses équipements sont au top. tout est superbe jusqu'à environ 20 heures. A partir de ce moment, on a une musique de fond qui vient d'on ne sais ou.? Puis ça devient de plus en plus gênant. Il faut savoir que ce superbe appartement se situe juste au dessus d'une Pizzeria (très bonne au demeurant) qui est ouverte jusqu'à une heure du matin avec la musique a fond. dans la journée c'est sympa, mais pour dormir.....c'est autre chose. Dommage."

"This is likely one of the most unique places I’ve stayed. There was a hot tub in room that was a bit loud while heating up but a funky thing to do while you watched tv, the room is cut into the rock and called the cave. My husband enjoyed the steam shower feature the most. Many stairs to get to room. The staff were so welcoming with a welcome drink and departing gift. Breakfast was delivered to your room and included fresh fruit. The hotel is conveniently located next to university and about 1/2 mile from River. That half mile is down to the river- so expect to get your steps in but although it seemed daunting there are many ways up and down with restaurants and bars along the way. I recommend checking this place out. "

My only complaint is thin walls, and much of the public, regardless of nationality, seems to have forgotten what it means to stay in a shared space while speaking in hushed tones. The people who work here are caring and kind, but hotel guests need some training. "
