"We loved our stay here. The staff were very helpful even before we arrived. The accommodation is situated in a central location of this beautiful city. The accommodation had everything we needed and was very clean. We were located on the top floor without a lift (we knew when we booked), however the climb was not a problem for us. Would highly recommend. "

"The hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. The staff greeted us when we arrived and offered a small drink as a welcome. Thought it was a great touch. We had a family room which was spacious for 3 people and the beds were comfortable and clean. The room had a balcony with a table and couple of chairs. The only thing I would recommend is to have that space clean since we had to do it ourselves. Overall, great hotel to stay and rest before coming back home."

"For us the Torel Palce was perfect. Beautiful quiet rooms with real character, stone marble and timber. Fantastic location, walking distance to so much of Porto and Gaia. Staff were all lovely - lots of help from reception team for dinner and Fado bookings and directions to key sites. Breakfast very good. Nice selection and lots of egg hot choices and not too large bearing in mind how much other eating and drinking is to be done in Porto. We thought we were splashing out when we booked but Torel Palace was well worth it. "
