All hotel employees we encountered were professional, helpful, welcoming and very accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly, helped us with directions, recommended some awesome restaurants, called water taxis, and had a staff member bring our luggage to the dock upon our departure. "Loved this hotel.. BUT when you get to the airport go to the “water taxi” lane and take a boat directly to the hotel which is located on a a canal and has a launch. The water taxi is $180e but well worth the direct trip…. Great area. Will definitely stay here again. "
