"Proprietario scortese,arrogante,rigido, scorretto. Non ha voluto riconoscere la prenotazione CONFERMATA da EXPEDIA affermando di non avere nessun rapporto con la vostra organizzazione e che "in casa sua" non potete imporre le vostre tariffe e che peraltro aveva rifiutato la presentazione che mi avete confermato. Alla fine ho dovuto pagare €50 quando nella vostra prenotazione era confermato un costo complessivo di €34\. Esperienza pessima vissuta con imbarazzante disagio, mai capitata cosa...

"Poor choice by us booked 14days left after 6 days .. beach like a builders yard .. only one Resturant for dinner buffet average quality and limited choice poor wine selection staff don’t want be there .. no restaurants near hotel all 30+ mins away and poor quality.. nice pool .. bar ran like a 1980’s place poor choice of wine no draught beer limited bottles.. breakfast same everyday limited fresh fruit mainly tinned stuff couldn’t stay in this time warp .foe 14 days . room supposed to be garden view mainly a bunch of pebbles and a row of scruffy trees … we had to leave "

"The property is absolutely superb tucked away Inbetween olive groves on a private estate. The property is secure and secluded and you can really relax. The views are out of this world. The property has been sympathetically restored & is functional. The aircon is much needed & very welcomed. We were welcomed by the owner who was kind and informative. He gave us lovely olive oil. We also had fresh towels and bed linen halfway through our holiday which was good. Access in and out was secure behind an electronic gate so you fekt very safe. The location is great not far from two good supermarkets, restaurants, the beach and refuse holds all within 8 minutes. You can use the local train station Campofelice (it’s about 5 mins away & you can park for free in large carpark) to travel to Cefalù one way or Palermo the other way. The trains are clean, timely and efficient. The property is in a good location to drive inland or to Agrigento (3 hrs) for example. Go to Sperlinga and visit the castle in the rock. It is stunning, quiet and a lovely drive through Sicily. The road networks are easy. Only negatives I’d say would be there are loads of wasps around the property which is usual in Sicily. We had a lovely 10 days stay. Thank you. "

"Just want to say that we had the most incredible experience staying at these villas! The property itself was stunning—beautifully maintained, spacious, and surrounded by breathtaking views that made our stay feel truly special.What truly set our time apart was the warmth and care of our hosts Benedetto, Chef Marco and Maria Concetta Moreci. They went above and beyond to organise not only a gorgeous wedding venue and a delicious dinner, but also wonderful entertainment with live singing and a lively disco to round off the evening. The atmosphere was perfect—joyful, relaxed, and unforgettable.Our whole group felt so well looked after, and we could not have asked for a more perfect setting or more thoughtful hosts. "We would rate this hotel almost excellent, our room was very comfortable and serviced twice a day. The grounds and pool are beautiful, effort towards sustainability is evident. Service was sometimes slow and our drinks orders were incorrect a couple of times but no big deal. We booked a couple of ‘experiences’ the wine tasting was cancelled an hour before start time. The romantic meal was a bit disappointing in our opinion, the space and views were gorgeous but the location meant the food arrived cold, and long gaps between courses. The aperitif in the field was excellent, the views are stunning, could have done with something other than bread and nuts to eat, maybe add cheese and meats?! Overall we loved the resort, staff were friendly and ideal for a couple wanting to spend a few days in a secluded location. "
