Welcome to "Casa Genisi," located between Scicli and Donnalucata, in an ideal location just 3 km from the sea and 4 km from the historic centre of Scicli.
Nestled in the tranquility of the Sicilian countryside, we welcome you to a warm and hospitable home.

From the attic, you can enjoy views of the Sicilian coast and spectacular sunsets.

The location of “Casa Genisi” allows you to easily explore the surrounding seaside villages, immersing yourself in the rich local culture and cuisine.

Accessible via a staircase in our lovingly tended garden, “Casa Genisi” is a refined attic apartment that welcomes guests into an atmosphere of elegance and comfort.

The entrance is on a balcony where you can admire the coastline and beautiful sunsets; as soon as you step inside, you’ll find a spacious kitchen fully equipped with everything (refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, air conditioning, TV, etc.) and a large sofa.

There are two double bedrooms (which will be assigned based on the number of guests—for example, a double bedroom for a married couple or engaged couple)—tastefully furnished with attention to detail. Each room features a private bathroom and air conditioning, all designed to ensure you have an exclusive and relaxing stay.

GARAGE: Inside the property, there is a covered parking space where you can park cars and motorcycles for free.

BOOKING NOTE FOR 2 PEOPLE IN SEPARATE ROOMS:
- If booking for 2 single guests and you wish to use the second double room as two single rooms, you must contact us to make an additional arrangement and specify this at the time of booking.

- As with children, a single bed is provided in the room free of charge; however, if you wish to use the second room, you must pay a supplement and specify this at the time of booking.

Guests can access the property via a staircase leading to the attic balcony, which offers private access.

You will be provided with keys and a remote control for the automatic gate so you can come and go as you please.
