Clean and friendly hotel. A little bit aged but it is ok. Must say restaurant is surprisingly good. Don’t take it for granted you’ll find better food outside the hotel. During my four day stay in Schweinfurt, I think the best food was actually in the hotel restaurant

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff

Stayed for 3 nights, the hotel itself is impressive and modern, although the rooms don't quite live up to the appearance of the lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was very clean and comfortable! Had an issue getting into my room each night due to the room card being a bit temperamental (don't keep it anywhere near your phone or wallet, although i kept mine separate and it still wouldn't work) but that was a minor issue to what otherwise was a lovely and welcoming stay!

-Room was very spacious. Nice greenery view from my hotel room. -Nice room and bathroom and very clean. -We went there to crash at night on our road trip so it was perfect. -They have a EV charging close by. -We arrived late in the hotel but the front desk was open and the folks at the reception was very nice. -I saw that there was a sauna but we did not have time to use it.

The Best Hotel Stay Ever!

First time in Germany, or Europe ever. Blindly booked this Hotel, and was amazed at the property and all of the staff. Not knowing how to speak German, the staff was eager to take time out for me to help me navigate the city of Schweinfurt. First time in Germany and I was made to feel safe and at home! My daily breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and unbelievably prepared! Amazing chefs and restaurant staff. Most notably was “Matthew”! Very friendly and informative. Knowing that I was there alone, and unfortunately with Schweinfurt and/or Germany spent every available moment with directions sights to visit. He kept my safety in mind with trains, taxis and whenever I was going on foot. Normally I’m difficult to completely please, but I couldn’t find anything negative to comment. I certainly hope the management there values “Matthew” as much as the guests there do!

The property need a refit. It’s extremely old. For instance, the hallway carpets are all stained. When looking for your room for the first time you feel like you made a mistake. Also, the room access card reader’s are completely antiquated and take several times to get the door to open. The doors also don’t close to well requiring people to slam the doors. It is conveniently located.

Good stop on the way to Italy.

A good hotel for a one-night stop on the way to Italy. Have been here several times and the calm atmosphere by the river is soothing for the soul after a day on the Autobahn. The Italian restaurant 200 meters from the hotel is also worth a visit, no reason to walk to the city center.
