- Welcome to Casa Coco, our custom designed Garde unit one-bedroom getaway complete with standout features like a thatched palapa roof. Located in the coveted North Beach neighborhood, our home sits 2 blocks above the beach – and has the stunning ocean views to prove it.
-You're a five-minute walk from the beach and a ten-minute stroll from the main plaza, where you'll find authentic cafes and restaurants centered around a vibrant park
-The property has 3 units, which can be rented together to sleep 7 in 3 bedrooms and 3 baths—the perfect setup for 2/3 couples or a small family.
-The property is owner managed and very secure. No smoking is allowed inside under roof. This house is lovingly maintained with attention to detail.
