Casa Tecolote - North Side

Welcome to Casa Tecolote, a newly renovated 5 bedroom home with ocean views and a solar heated, salt water pool. Just a 4 minute walk from the beach or the town center, but nicely tucked away on a quiet dead-end street.

The house can be split into a 3 bedroom contained house on the main level, and a 2 bedroom apartment, with open air kitchen and large terrace, on the second floor.

The main level has 2 king bedrooms, one with ensuite bath and the other with shared bath. And the 3rd bedroom has a full-size bed.

The upper unit has a large master suite with a king bed and an office area with a desk to work at and an amazing ocean view. And a second suite with two twin beds which can go together as a king. Each has an ensuite bathroom.
