"Amazing property. So much room and beautiful views. Hot tub to die for. Super comfy beds. Board games and DVDs galore. Helen was brilliant, the info pack sent before arrival was amazing. "Lovely property in an excellent location. It was a short walk into Norwich city centre. There is also a lovely cafe just up the road. The property had everything we need for our stay with our two dogs. Nice size rooms. The kitchen had more utensils than I was expecting. The owner was quick to reply to any queries."

"We booked all of the cottages they were beautiful, very clean and amazing. The gardens were very secure so the small grandchildren where very safe which gave us peace of mind. The games room was good for all especially the Big Kids !! We will be going back and would recommend Fielding Cottages and the Goat Shed to all. Shop and cafe were also amazing"

"Despite a small mix up with the cleaners not having been booked in (and finding a rotting banana skin in the bedroom drawer even after the cleaners had been in!), the accommodation contains everything you need and is perfect for a family break. Could do with a more detailed information pack perhaps with some details of local attractions. It was really expensive to go swimming. (think we paid about £17 for 4 of us to use the pool for 45 minutes). But its a nice central location and a pleasant...

The house is conveniently located in the village of Rollsby, in a quiet location but still close enough to the main roads leading to supermarkets, pubs and other local attractions. Communication from the owners was both helpful and thoughtful. The house was furnished with everything we needed for our stay (and loads more!) and we were grateful that the owners had also put in the extra effort of adding a Christmas tree, fully laid...

"The house is exactly as advertised, and communication with owner Helen was easy. She answered all our questions so quickly. "I really enjoyed my stay at this extraordinarily good-value, squeaky-clean, well-located hotel. I was in Norwich for work (I'm an actor appearing in a show there) and I booked a single room with breakfast. I called the hotel to explain that I would have to pick up my keys early, and the very helpful Hamid on reception said that was fine. When I got to the hotel about 2 hours before the usual check in time, Hamid had a lovely room ready for me- a triple! Not the single I had booked. Spacious, nice bathroom, biscuits etc. The continental breakfast too was definitely a cut above the rest for the very reasonable price. I will stay again if I'm in Norwich, and have recommended to others."
