"Wow!! Absolutely amazing! Really hoping we can return at some point. Ros and Simon are just the best hosts too. We felt really spoiled with freshly baked bread, pastries and coffee to accompany our cooked breakfast. Cleanliness and comfort to the highest standard. Really was home from home. Beds were sooo comfortable, we had the best nights sleep in a long time. Thanks again. Would 100% recommend!"

"Stayed just the one night and very happy. Clean, comfortable and an excellent breakfast in the morning. A little out of the way, so car is a must. We stayed in the Willow room which had a lovely view out onto the garden. Only had minor niggles, bed was a double, not a king which I am used to (but double was in booking info). Doors are creaky and door catch noisy, so a quiet toilet visit in the night is difficult. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Was greeted upon arrival and made to feel very welcome. Our room had the most amazing exposed beams, was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is ordered in advance, the following morning a delicious breakfast was served shortly after our arrival to the dining area with a very nice pot of strong coffee. The hosts had great local knowledge so we learnt abit about the estate and also visited a nice local pub for a great evening meal. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this extraordinarily good-value, squeaky-clean, well-located hotel. I was in Norwich for work (I'm an actor appearing in a show there) and I booked a single room with breakfast. I called the hotel to explain that I would have to pick up my keys early, and the very helpful Hamid on reception said that was fine. When I got to the hotel about 2 hours before the usual check in time, Hamid had a lovely room ready for me- a triple! Not the single I had booked. Spacious, nice bathroom, biscuits etc. The continental breakfast too was definitely a cut above the rest for the very reasonable price. I will stay again if I'm in Norwich, and have recommended to others."
