This spacious ivy covered courtyard apartment with an 1853 wine cellar vibe is ideal for relaxing w/ your favorite glass of wine & star gazing by the soothing fountain. Walk out the front door & go a few short blocks where you will find magnificent eateries, shops, bars, & live entertainment lining the exciting riverfront. City of Savannah SVR-02551 Our courtyard apartment which is part of a large home built in 1853 is walking distance to fine dining, shopping, historic tours, & sightseeing. Fully furnished with kitchenette & starter coffee, soaps, shampoos, towels, linens & paper goods. Our time traveling guests love the stylish wine cellar apartment & it's convenient location. On site private parking. Our historic studio style suite contains the following: One comfy Queen size bed Spacious bathroom with walk in shower Dedicated workspace An intimate hideaway for rest & relaxation with 50" smart tv Exposed brick walls Original fireplace & mantel with romantic candlelight setting Kitchenette Our kitchenette has the following: \-Cooking Utensils \-Microwave \- Keurig \-Toaster \-Silverware \-Plates/Bowls/Cups We use coded door locks for access that we will provide upon booking. You will enter the ground floor of the property through the covered alcove beneath the stairs. Exclusive & private use of first floor space as well as courtyard. You are welcome to use the private courtyard area. There is an outdoor seating area near the bubbling fountain where you can enjoy your afternoon cocktails or evening star gazing. There is a charcoal grill with an outdoor dining area that you can use as well We are located in the center of a hip residential & commercial historic district. The location is quiet & peaceful with a short distance walk to Forsyth Park. It is ideal for the fun loving enthusiast, the purist history buffs or the avid partygoers. Being in located in the center of town you are able to walk to most places or also Uber proves to be quite handy. There is public parking on Liberty Street. Nearby parking is on-street and non-metered, although guests will need to be aware of the posted sweep zone signs however we can encourage you to use the private parking located in alley way behind the house. For your security & our security, we must insist that the plum colored access door to the parking area be kept locked at all times to ensure the safety from all unwanted visitors. No Smoking is allowed. This is strictly enforced. If this policy is violated you will be charged an additional $200.00\. Minimum age to book is 25 years old. No excessive loud music in court yard. Please double check for all personal items when you depart- minimum $25 service fee to return items left behind to cover shipping & handling. DAMAGE: Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves, or guests during their stay. HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow The House Rules written here & posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property. We are proud to be pet friendly. Your pets can enjoy the courtyard however the pet cannot be left unattended in the courtyard & guests must pick up animal waste prior to departure. Due to close proximity of other historic homes, guests must be able to control dog barking as not to become a disturbance to nearby homeowners. This was an absolutely perfect location and one of most well put together and comfortable residences we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated and including every possible visitor need in the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen, this street level apartment was unique, but so comfortable. Our Aussie loved the large brick walled back yard! So did we! We grilled at “home” on two nights even though all the magic of historic Savannah, including restaurants, parks, and marquee architecture was easily within walking distance. Wyndham is always a delight to deal with and there is so much to say about this little jewel in the heart of the historic district. Most everything is within walking distance, and with your own personal parking, you don’t have to worry about where you will leave your car. Everything is clean and so many little personal details. Being pet friendly is an additional perk and the large courtyard is perfect for your furry friend. I only took off one star because we had to go buy some washcloths as there were none and we had some issues with the lock on the front door. I mentioned the lock to Wyndham so I’m sure it has been resolved. We look forward to returning to our little hideaway in Savannah. ##### Tammy B. Communication with Windham was simple and prompt. Thank you so much for sharing a part of your home with us. I can’t say enough good things about this lovely place. It is located in the perfect spot and with its own private parking, we were able to leave our car most of the time and walk. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as many of the sights you will want to see like the cathedral, Forsyth park, several town squares, the Sorrell-Weed house- the list could go on and on! Windham was delightful to deal with, she made several restaurant suggestions and had so many small details in the apartment to make it feel like home. We came in to waters in the fridge, dog bowls for food and water, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided as well as all the paper products. The apartment was clean and cozy and the bed was comfortable. The private courtyard was perfect for relaxing and letting our little poodle run around safely. We will definitely look forward to staying here again! ##### Tammy B.
