• Self-check-in is available via a smart lock, with a personalized access code provided with the check-in instructions. The check-in instructions are sent within 7 days before your arrival.

Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please avoid loud noise and outdoor music at all times.

The property can accommodate 5-6 cars comfortably. Street parking is not allowed.

☑️ GUEST SAFETY & PRIVACY
• To ensure your safety and security, there is a single outdoor camera monitoring the front of the house. Rest assured there are NO cameras inside the home.
• A Minut noise sensor is installed in the living area and backyard to ensure local noise compliance. It monitors decibels only and does NOT record audio.

Smoking cigarettes and prohibited substances are not allowed inside the property.

📺 SMART TV & STREAMING
All of the home's TVs can stream from various platforms, including Netflix, Disney+, and more. Kindly log in to your streaming account, then log out before checking out.
