Morgan Estates welcomes you to our modern rustic home which is nestled between historic downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. This house is located in Whitemarsh Island and approximately 15 minutes in either direction. Includes many amenities as you would have in your own home and just minutes from Publix supermarket, Walmart, and restaurants such as Papa's Barbecue, Jalapenos Mexican Grill, and Asian Fusion. Great getaway for families, couples and large groups. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home can accommodate up to 8-10 persons comfortably. Take a trip to downtown and visit the Savannah Historic District, Forsyth Park and various walking tours. Our home offers beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pool towels, and a cooler which you can take to Tybee Island and soak up some sun or relax on the beaches. The following amenities are included: - Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. - Washer and dryer including detergent. - Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys for the kids. - Fully equipped kitchen including coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. - Bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap, facial soap, and makeup remover wipes. - Bathroom, hand, facial and beach towels provided. - Spacious fenced backyard. - Board games. - Free wifi. - SlingTV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Showtime and Starz.

Great location

It was very comfortable. Nice back yard area. We were on the Golf Course most of the time so didn’t really get a chance to take advantage of it. Lots of good restaurants around the area and Publix right behind the house. We will stay again next year if available!

Overall, this home was exactly as shown and described. It was clean and wonderful as well as providing ample space for two families of 4. They also provided all essential basics and then some to get you through your stay or at least most of it depending on needs. It has a central location to Savannah and Tybee Island as described and is less than 20 minutes to either location depending on where you want to visit. We had no complaints about our stay.

Beautiful and spacious house

From the time you walk in, it's a wow factor, has everything you need, with so much room in the living room, dining room and so many beds in the bedrooms. The outside also has so much room with a dining table, and sitting areas everywhere. The outside Pergola area is beautiful. I will definitely be back when I am in town.

Good for groups

I needed an affordable place close to Savannah that could accommodate a larger group of people, and this fit the bill. Check in information is given the afternoon of, but the host is quick to respond to any messages, and we all had a great time! The living area was a great hang out spot for drinks and board games. Although we didn’t visit, the location seems nice for the beach and has some amenities provided as well.

Great quiet location!

Perfect size home with great amenities. Close to the major stores and the beach. Just a short trip to historic Savannah. Property manager was very easy to communicate with and replies to inquiries were almost instantaneous.Only downside to the property was the bathrooms are quite small and shower in the master bathroom is difficult to turn on without getting wet !

Great location and easy to get to Savannah and Tybee Island. It was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Only two things - both beach umberellas were broken and some of the beach chairs where rusted and not usable. But these were just minor things and we enjoyed the house and amenities! We would stay again.

The property looked beautiful online but several things were disappointing. Con’s-The carpets, the dining room chairs and the master bathroom floor behind the door appeared dirty (Pictures available) and the bath towels smelled musty. Pros-the beds and sheets were comfortable, location worked with our plans. Due to incoming Hurricane Helene, we had to leave early-so glad we did. We would have been stuck for days. Thankfully host refunded the unused nights.

Great location for a balance of beach and city

Overall this was such a great house for an adult family trip. We loved the couch, table, and open kitchen. There were a couple of things that were not described fully in the listing/ we didn’t think about ourselves: - the 4th bedroom is a converted garage that does not get A/C without the door being left open to the kitchen. - the door to the backyard does not have a screen door and the mosquitoes are aggressive so there was no having the door open for some people to be seated outside and others indoors for socialization or airing out the house after cooking bacon. - there were some kitchen appliances that were really gross or broken when we got there. Hopefully the owner has replaced these and talked with the cleaners about making sure all dishes are in fact clean before leaving it for the new guests.
