Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. This unit is a retired retro hair salon that has been newly renovated into a vacation studio with it`s retro essence remaining. We`re located exactly between Tybee Island Beach and downtown Savannah. Making it ideal to visit both easily. Your kitchenette provides enough for you to enjoy whatever your liking. The faucet is set up with an under counter water filter system. No need for water bottles. We`re almost always available.

This studio is a retired retro Hair Salon. With the retro essence remaining. You have your own private entrance with self check in. The door inside the unit (that leads to the main house) will be locked from our side automatically & self locking on your side for security & privacy for both parties. You have your own private, locked (key provided), shed for your beach goodies. It also holds a grill, utensils provided, for your outdoor dining pleasure on your little patio. Just carry a TV tray outside for your convenience. The water is filtered through an under sink system, no need for bottled water. There`s extra storage, also with storage baskets, underneath the bed. There`s hangers on hooks & a small steamer for your clothing items. The TV is a smart TV for you to sign into your own services. The kitchenette is adequate to make small meals, with foil for cooking, cooking spray, coffee, & condiments included. Anything needed, just text.

Your entire unit excluding the through the door that lead to our home. The driveway, just please pull as close to the white garden gate as possible. & there is zero access to the back yard. Thank you & we hope you enjoy your stay.

The unit was our garage at one time, a bonus room, then my salon. Now it is our cute little rental. So we are, literally, right next door for anything you need. Just text for the quickest response.

Quiet, friendly, social community. We love it here. Most everything can be walked to.

Everything can be easily walked to, ride bikes to, or drive to. Ace Hardware - check ours out, it`s unique. Bars, restaurants, grocery store, post office, UPS, drug stores, yoga, chiro, urgent care, gas stations, bank, most anything you can think of.

No more than 2 renters allowed to stay overnight. This small, 140 sq ft unit, is NOT wheelchair or child friendly AT ALL. Absolutely no pets, if bringing them you will be required to leave. If bringing a service animal an extra fee, depending on the animal, will still be required along with certifications required. Thank you for your cooperation.
