Broughton Collection Downtown Historic Loft

  • Brand new finishes in a historic building! If you want the best of both worlds, this condo nails it. You have the character of a space that is Circa 1872 with tall ceilings, exposed Savannah Grey Brick walls and an incredible Downtown Savannah location near the riverfront. But unlike most antique homes you will enjoy a huge brand new beautiful kitchen, modern bathrooms and stylish contemporary furniture! Step out of the building right onto the prime shopping street and stroll to the bests restaurants, museums & tourist landmarks you have been planning to visit.

    2 Bedrooms + 2 Bathrooms + Huge Modern Kitchen! Paid public parking is plentiful in the area and we suggest the Robinson Memorial Garage which is owned by City of Savannah and has reasonable rates published online. Street parking is also available (pay for street spots via ParkSavannah app or kiosk) and the street parking is free on Sundays and overnight.

    Guest bedroom: Queen bed, TV & full guest bathroom nearby with combo tub/shower

    This condo is on the back side of the building for a bit more peace & quiet compared to units that face the night life.

    Bookings made more than one month before arrival will pay half, and the balance is due 30 days from check in. If you cancel before the due date you will not be charged the 2nd installment. The first installment is NON REFUNDABLE. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment and there payment is non-refundable. We offer trip cancellation insurance, please inquire for adding this at any time BEFORE you have a reason to cancel.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage goes in the dumpster in the alley behind the building. You can leave 1 bag of trash inside. The DW and disposal have a power switch that has to be flipped down to run
Please wash dishes if you cooked. You may leave clean dishes out for us to put away. You may leave unopened/unused water or soft drinks for the housekeeper.
Do not leave any unusual messes (spilled food, confetti, glitter etc). Your cleaning fee covers normal laundry of the sheets and towels and sanitizing the bathrooms.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was our first trip to Savannah so we decided to stay within walking distance of the river and entertainment areas. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only complaints are: 1. Limited parking. This seems to be an issue all over Savannah so it's not a reason not to stay here but something to be aware of. I wasn't able to find street parking to unload our bags so I had to make a couple trips to and from a nearby parking deck. 2. Loud noise at night. The condo is surrounded by bars and there's no sound ordinance in Savannah until 3am. There are sound machines in the bedrooms which should suffice but there was a constant loud bass noise coming from across the alley at night which a sound machine couldn't drown out. It's made slightly worse by what appear to be original single pane windows in the main bedroom (and kitchen/main room) that don't block much sound. The host had not heard of the loud bass noise from previous guests so it's possible it's not an issue every night. We stayed at the condo on a Saturday night, which is likely louder in the area compared to weeknights. If you plan to stay out late, the sound won't bother you if you aren't going to sleep until 3am or later. Overall, it was a great trip and we enjoyed the condo.

This is one of my favorite vacation properties yet! The home is absolutely gorgeous. The location was amazing and the bedding was so comfortable, we got the best sleep ever. We look forward to coming back again very soon!
