Walking distance to many great bars and restaurants - Black Rabbit, Back in the Day Bakery, Collins Quarter, Local 11ten/Perch, Legion, and White Wale. A spacious 2-bedroom garden level apartment located on peaceful Bolton Street - one bedroom with a queen bed and the other with a full-sized bed with brand new mattresses. Fully-equipped kitchen. Recently renovated full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house was built in 1872 and has a beautiful courtyard with grapefruit, blood orange, lemon trees and a grape vine. Guests will have access to the unit through the private front-entrance or through the back gate, where there are two exclusive off-street parking spots available for use (a rarity in downtown Savannah). The owner lives in the two-floors above the apartment. Two friendly cats live on the premises and are occasionally lounging in the courtyard.
