We booked and paid for 3 nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) but we just could not cope with the tats / mice noise, staying only for 2 nights and checked out on Sunday. The hotel told us that they could not refund us for the third night because we made our booking through hotel.com I doubt that I will ever stay at this hotel again nor will I ever recommend this place."
