The space
A modern basement legal suite that offers a peaceful and clean space to live in, located in a serene neighbourhood of Rosewood. It offers free parking on-premises and on the street. The basement suite is furnished with all necessities for a short or longer period of stay.

Bedroom: furnished with comfortable Queen size bed and fluffy pillows, extra blanket and bedsheet, bedside lamp, dedicated workspace.

Living Room: furnished with comfortable sofa, 55 inches smart TV with Netflix for your viewing pleasure.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooking utensils which include pots/pans, dishes cutleries and cookie trays. Also include stove/oven, microwave, blender, smoothie blender, Toaster, kettle, coffee maker and full-size fridge.
