Jacky and Cesar do marvelous jobs of meeting the needs of our guests, be it transportation, rental cars, tours or general questions. I will share your positive feedback with them. It is such a gift! The restaurant acknowledges that it is working out service kinks since it opened for business three weeks ago. The operator is an experienced restauranteur (hence the quality of the food and drink you experienced) and is working hard with a very willing but new group to deliver the experience guests expect and deserve. Similarly, your comments about the couches are well taken. All furniture is clean, comfortable, and in good repair, but we nonetheless ordered replacements some time ago. We like to keep things fresh! We expected a pre-holiday delivery, but supply chain issue continue to create challenges and that date slipped. May you and your family have a very happy and healthy new year!

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of our home. We are happy that you found our descriptions accurate and that overall our home was great. We were very happy that we could accommodate your last minute change in dates. We can't imagine how disappointing it was to arrive at the airport, learn that you can't make your connection, and that the next available flight is a week out! Thank goodness we had that extra week available! Just a quick word on the soccer field, lest people get the wrong impression. During your stay, our neighbors from the upper midwest were visiting with their four pre-teen children. The kids kick soccer balls around some afternoons, and occasionally set up their soccer net, on the area in front of the beachfront homes. They were extremely respectful and, if I am outdoors, they asked permission to play. There are, in fact, other flat places in our community that would support their game, but who can blame them for preferring a beachfront location? That said, we always remind our guests of this: Please contact me or our on-site Reception team if anything is awry. Cesar, Abi and Randall will immediately address your needs and concerns -- even people who like to look at our pool. Thank you for choosing our home and pura vida!

We did follow-up on your concerns about pre-arrival responsiveness of our recommended concierge, and learned that the family welcomed a new baby when your message came in. A few things fell through the cracks, and we apologize. We also checked into the failure of the mid-stay cleaning. In order to minimize exposure to covid, guests must call to schedule the mid-stay refresh at a time that is convenient for them and when they will be out of the home. Communication of that protocol should have been more direct, and now is. Thanks for raising our awareness.
