Room was comfortable (twin beds) though windows needed cleaning and no longer open (screwed down), large TV ok with a very limited set of Astro Satellite channels. Small fridge but it did not have an ice box so you need to ring down to have ice sent up. Room service includes a scaled down version of the 4th floor restaurant menu. Pool with bar on the 4th floor too also serves the same food. Draught Guinness (500ml pints) was very good with view of the river and China town area. Underground parking good and connected to the shopping mall in the same building so it can be busy. Staff were helpful and smiley. Close to the main river waterfront area as the name suggests but also close to bars and restaurants in side streets. Only downside was being close to open areas where festivals sometimes mean noisy music in the mornings. Overall not bad.

Hotel was close to local attractions, restaurants and river. My room had a great view of the river. Bed was comfortable and had coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of several cuisines. I found each member of staff that I interacted with to be friendly, courteous and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to others.
